Bio Details

Erika Ostrowski has served as Sotera Health’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since April 2026. She is a member of Sotera Health’s executive leadership team, oversees all aspects of the Company’s legal function and leads the Company’s global corporate affairs. Before joining Sotera Health, she served as Associate General Counsel at FirstEnergy Corp., where she led litigation and was responsible for a broad range of legal and compliance matters. Ms. Ostrowski studied at the Universitatea din Oradea in Romania and earned her B.A. and J.D. from Cleveland State University. She is fluent in Hungarian and Romanian.
